One mailbox, what it is for, and what to expect from it.

Atlas has no contact form, no live chat and no phone line. It has an email address that a person reads. Publishing the address rather than a form is deliberate: a form would be a new place to collect data on a site whose whole claim is that it collects none.

What the mailbox is for

A correction to a published figure, method or source. The most useful message this site receives. Name the page and say what you expected instead; these are handled first.
Rights and permissions — reuse of published material, or a claim that something published here infringes a right you hold.
Accessibility. If a page is unusable with the assistive technology you use, that is a defect and we want to know which page and which technology.
Sponsorship and organisational enquiries — described in full on the work with Atlas page, and reaching the same address.
Formal and legal notices. CoreVecta LLC is registered in Wyoming, United States; a postal address for formal service is provided on request to the address above.

What it is not for

Two kinds of message we would rather you did not spend your time on, because we cannot answer them:

Advice on your specific project. We cannot tell you which method applies to your building, your loan or your jurisdiction, and we will not guess. That judgement belongs to somebody qualified to make it, as the terms of use set out.
Account help. There are no accounts on Atlas, nothing to log in to, nothing to subscribe to and nothing to cancel. If you have received a message claiming otherwise in the name of this site, it did not come from us.

What to expect

Mail is read by a small team, and a reply is best effort rather than a promised response time — saying so is more honest than publishing a target we have not measured. Data-protection requests are the exception: those are answered within one month, as the law requires.
